During the month of February, Sant Celoni Town Council carried out an improvement of the Tourdera directional waymarking signage within the municipality. Specifically, these were directional signs whose vinyls had begun to show some problems over the years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outdoor route signage is affected by several factors that influence its condition and conservation, including exposure to weather conditions such as temperature changes, water and other environmental factors. In the municipality of Sant Celoni, during the past month of February, work was carried out to update several vinyls on directional signs that showed signs of deterioration over the years. The replacement of the signage was carried out by the Sant Celoni Town Council brigade, which is responsible for maintaining the route within the municipality.<\/p>\n

During the maintenance operation, work was carried out on 17 signage supports, more specifically on 2 urban signs and 29 large directional signs, distributed along the more than 20 km of the Tordera route that pass through the municipality of Sant Celoni.<\/p>\n

The work did not cause any problems for following the route, as the operation was carried out in situ. Although route wayfinding was not compromised at any time, updating this signage improves the image of the route for users.<\/p>\n

Remember that any user of the route can report signage incidents through the web form<\/a> set up to receive this type of notification.<\/p>\n
