Walks in nature have positive effects on our brain, and with this short article, we want to give you a summary of the benefits:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 &#8211; Improves self-esteem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The more time we spend outdoors and surrounded by nature, the more we will notice this effect.
