Every Sunday of the year, hundreds of stalls fill the historic center of the town of Tordera to offer a wide variety of products. The Tordera market is considered one of the largest and oldest markets in the country (more than 150 years of history), where visitors from all over, local sellers, and buyers draw a mixture of languages, cultures, and products that make up the essence and uniqueness of a centuries-old market with medieval roots.<\/p>\n

The stalls are distributed throughout the streets of the town center and it has an average of about 40,000 weekly visitors. In the market, you can find a wide variety of products such as clothing, fruit, vegetables, accessories, and complements, or gift and decoration items, among others. In addition, the shops in Tordera are also open on Sunday mornings, so you won’t miss anything at all.<\/div>\n

The market has different parking points for vehicles and coaches, since with the nearly 300 stalls it hosts and the 60,000 square meters of space for sale, it is important to guarantee the arrival of people. If you still don’t know it, we propose you do a short section of the Tordera, from Palafolls or from Fogars de la Selva, and end in Tordera by visiting the market and enjoying a good meal in one of the town’s restaurants.<\/div>\n
