As you know, the Tordera route (Tourdera) is a long itinerary that includes the entire course of the Tordera River and the Arb\u00facies stream. Therefore, to do it in its entirety, it is recommended to plan it in stages, which will allow you to enjoy the experience without having to make a great effort. This is how the Centre Excursionista Farners<\/a> planned from the beginning of the year to discover the whole route in stages and allow all interested people to join in.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Centre Excursionista Farners, an entity with 47 years of history, has organized different outings along the Tourdera during this year 2022 in order to complete the entire itinerary in 9 stages. In January of this year, the first section was carried out between the Coll de Sant Mar\u00e7al and the village of Montseny, with 44 attendees who were able to enjoy the source of the Tordera River and the forests of this very interesting section of the route. Since then, 6 more stages have been organized, and between September and November the last three stages will take place, ending in Blanes. Below we list the different outings:<\/p>\n

January 30: Sant Mar\u00e7al \u2013 Montseny (44 participants)
\nFebruary 20: Montseny \u2013 Mosqueroles (38 participants)
\nMarch 13: Mosqueroles \u2013 Sant Celoni (35 participants)
\nApril 24: Sant Celoni \u2013 Hostalric (31 participants)
\nMay 22: Sant Mar\u00e7al \u2013 Arb\u00facies (35 participants)
\nJune 12: Arb\u00facies \u2013 Coll de n\u2019Orri (14 participants)
\nSeptember 4: Coll de n\u2019Orri \u2013 Hostalric (28 participants)
\nOctober 23: Hostalric \u2013 Tordera (registrations open<\/a>)
\nNovember 20: Tordera \u2013 Mouth of the Tordera (registrations open<\/a>)<\/p>\n

If you are interested in participating in any of the three pending stages, or want more information, you can contact the Centre Excursionista Farners (www.cefarners.cat<\/a>; centre@cefarners.cat; 609769737). Keep in mind, as you will see on the Centre’s website, that the outings are made by bus from Santa Coloma de Farners to the starting point of the stage, with a price for members and non-members, and that you must have insurance, which, if you don’t have it, they can prepare for you for one day at a cost of \u20ac5.<\/p>\n
