However, the information available on the website will be updated over the coming weeks. Currently, of the new signposted sections, <strong>you can now download the information and tracks for the section between Arb\u00facies and Sant Mar\u00e7al<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>After many weeks of work, and once all the works necessary for the preparation and signage of the route have been completed, today we can offer you information on the section between Arb\u00facies and Sant Mar\u00e7al. This is the first section that can be done along the branch of the Arb\u00facies stream, which will allow you to connect the Coll de Sant Mar\u00e7al with the town of Arb\u00facies.<\/p>\n<p>The Coll de Sant Mar\u00e7al is a very strategic point of the route, as it is where the itineraries split off along the slopes of the Arb\u00facies stream or the Tordera. It is here, within a few meters of each other, that the Tordera river, which drains its waters towards the Vall\u00e8s, is born, as is the Arb\u00facies stream, which pours its waters towards the Selva. It will not be until Hostalric, where the two itineraries meet again, that the waters of the two river courses also converge again to head towards the mouth.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, you can now have the information on this section, which presents variants to be done exclusively on foot, which represents a high physical demand, especially if you do it from Arb\u00facies to Sant Mar\u00e7al, as you have to overcome an accumulated incline of nearly 1000 meters and a distance of about 12 kilometers if you do it on foot, or about 15 kilometers if you do it by bicycle.
