On November 4th, a bike ride along the Tourdera took place, from the Massanes train station to the mouth of the Tordera (Malgrat de Mar), organized by the VadeBici Cycling Group. The outing, which was attended by 60 people, was a complete success and very enjoyable.
The group met at 9 a.m. at the Maçanet-Massanes train station and started the route towards the town of Massanes. Specifically, the entire first section from the train station to Hostalric, passing through Massanes, does not yet have route signage, although this will begin next year in 2019.
During the descent, a technical stop was scheduled in the town of Tordera, where the group took the opportunity to have breakfast in the Parc de la Sardana area. And upon resuming, the final stretch towards the mouth of the Tordera began, passing through Palafolls, and finally arriving at the town of Malgrat de Mar, where the bike ride ended at the train station.
