The section of the Tourdera corresponding to the link route between the main route and the village of Vallgorguina has a small section temporarily out of service. Specifically, the closed section is located between the Broken Bridge area, between the municipalities of Sant Celoni and Santa Maria de Palautordera, and the C-61 road.
More specifically, the closure is due to the works currently being carried out in the ca l’Alzina Nou area. As a result of the scale of the works to be undertaken, pedestrian access through this point has been completely closed (connection to the drinking water and sewage networks, installation of electricity and telephone connections, public lighting network, etc.). The expected duration of the works is between 3 and 4 months.
For this reason, two temporary diversions have been enabled, although they are not signposted on site, for users heading towards Vallgorguina (via the Moixerigues neighbourhood) and for those coming from Vallgorguina towards Sant Celoni or Santa Maria de Palautordera (via the old Via Provincial).
