Actions aimed at tourism businesses

Within the framework of the Sustainable Tourism Destination Plan being developed by the La Selva County Council, a series of actions aimed at tourism entrepreneurs and local entities will take place during the second semester of this year, 2025, to make the territory where the County Council develops its projects more sustainable and of higher quality. Among these projects, therefore, are the “Tordera and Arbúcies Stream Route (Tourdera)”.

Specifically, during the month of September, a call has been opened to access personalized mentoring on tourism product creation and on the application of climate change adaptation measures for the sector, which will take place from October until the end of the year.

At the same time, a cycle of three seminars has been organized during the month of October to incentivize the creation of tourism products, with the aim of promoting innovative, digital, and sustainable products that highlight the territory’s resources, diversify the offer, and contribute to deseasonalization.

Specialized mentoring
The mentoring sessions are free and taught by prestigious professionals in the tourism sector.
You can choose either of the two mentoring sessions, or both: “Tourism product creation” and “Climate change adaptation”.
The period for submitting applications is the entire month of September or until places run out.

Training seminar cycle
