From July 10th and for the next 4 months, water network renovation works will take place in the Serra neighborhood of Santa Maria de Palautordera, where the Tordera route passes. For this reason, during this period, the bike lane where the route passes will be out of use, but users of the route will be able to pass on the sidewalk if you are on foot, or on the road if you are cycling.
As you know, the Tourdera route in Santa Maria de Palautordera mostly runs along bike lanes. One of these bike lanes is the one that runs through the Serra neighborhood, south of the town center.
This bike lane, as you can see indicated in the attached plans, will be out of service for a few months due to the works that will begin on July 10th to renovate the neighborhood’s water network. The impact is approximately 110m of the lane, but you do not need to worry because the route will not be interrupted, as the sidewalk for hikers will remain operational and, for cyclists, you will be able to use the road with the rest of the traffic.
