The Palautordera train station building, which has been carefully restored while respecting the building’s original architecture, houses the municipal tourist information point and is currently also an Information Point for the Montseny Natural Park. It is open from Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. With this new location for the information point, from where the Bus Parc to the town of Montseny also departs, a new sustainable access to the Natural Park by public transport is offered.

But for the Tourdera, in addition to the information and publication service, this point on the route is very interesting because the concessionaire company that manages the space (Rutatur) also specializes in guided tours, bicycle rentals, transfers, and tourist packages. So, if you want to do the route accompanied by a guide, want bikes brought to a certain point, or are looking for a combined package of different services, they will help you!

Likewise, this point on the route, in addition to being able to arrive and leave by train, also allows you to take the Bus Parc that goes to the town of Montseny, passing through Sant Esteve de Palautordera and Fogars de Montclús, all of which also participate in the Tourdera project. This action, framed within the action plan of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS), is the culmination after the construction of the bike lane connected the municipality of Santa Maria de Palautordera with the station.
