At the end of July, some improvement works on the directional signage for route tracking banners and clearing around milestones have been carried out in the municipality of Fogars de Montclús. Specifically, the most substantial change has been the installation of a new directional banner between Mosqueroles and Sant Esteve de Palautordera.
Within the framework of routine maintenance actions on the Tordera route, the town council of Fogars de Montclús has carried out some improvements to the route’s signage. Specifically, the main action has been the installation of a new route tracking banner on the BV-5119 road, between Mosqueroles and Sant Esteve de Palautordera. At this point, just leaving Mosqueroles towards Sant Esteve, a tracking milestone, which disappeared during the fiber optic installation works in the municipality, has been replaced by a tracking banner, which is much more evident to route users and includes distance indications.
Likewise, another of the incidents detected during the review carried out in June was vegetation growth around some signaling elements, especially tracking milestones, which have been cleared so they can be correctly visualized by route users.
