Signage improvements in the municipality of Sant Celoni

During the month of June, the Sant Celoni City Council carried out an improvement project for the urban directional signs used for route following. Specifically, these were directional signs in the urban environment that were experiencing problems with their vinyl overlays.

Outdoor route signage faces various problems that affect its condition and conservation, including the effects of weathering (temperatures, rain, etc.). In the municipality of Sant Celoni, during the past month of June, an operation was carried out to update several vinyls on urban tracking signs, which showed signs of deterioration due to the passage of time.

The work, which was completed in a single day, did not pose any problem for following the route as the operation was performed “in situ”. Although the route tracking was never compromised at any time, updating this signage represents an improvement in the route’s image for users.

Remember that any user of the route can report issues regarding the signage via the web form enabled to receive these types of notifications.
