During this first semester of 2016, work has begun on the adaptation and signage of the section of the “Tordera Route and Arbúcies Stream” in the municipality of Montseny, which becomes the first of the participating municipalities to make the project a reality. Very soon, once the signage is installed, we will inform you of the completion of the works.
The work, which has been financed by the Single Plan for Works and Services of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) at the request of the Montseny town council, will allow you to enjoy an interesting walk from the town center of Montseny (Vallès Oriental) to the source of the Tordera, at Font Bona, at the Coll de Sant Marçal. It is an itinerary that follows a good part of the GR5 up to the height of the Molí de la Llavina, from where you can follow the itinerary along the old path of Montseny d’Amunt to Sant Marçal.
Shortly, we will inform you of the opening of the path and provide a brief description of the route, the type of signage, points of interest, etc.
