On October 7th, a presentation of the Tourdera open to the general public took place at the Enric Miralles library in Palafolls. During the talk, the route was introduced, but the project and its final goal as a territorial development project were also discussed in general terms.
Within the framework of the talks held periodically at the Palafolls library, this Friday, October 7th, a talk was given on the Tordera and Arbúcies stream route. During the event, it was explained how the initiative was born as a territorial development project that materialized with the creation of a hiking and cycling route between the Montseny and the Mediterranean (Costa Brava and Costa de Barcelona), two important tourist attraction points.
It was also an opportunity to make known more concrete aspects of the route, such as its signage, course, connecting itineraries, variants for hikers, access from train stations, where to find information about the route, etc. And it went deeper into the description of the route through the municipality of Palafolls.
The event ended with the screening of the promotional video of the route, a descent from the source of the Tordera River to the mouth, which gives a good idea of the route and which you can watch here. Finally, an open floor was opened where the questions of the different attendees were answered.
