This April we have released a new section on the Tourdera website that we have been waiting for for a long time: the tourist services directory. After the cycle of business meetings we held during the month of March in Tordera, Hostalric and Santa Maria de Palautordera, we have begun uploading information about the companies that will make users’ experience with the route even better.
There are two ways to access information about the tourist services of the Tourdera. In both cases, you always end up on a page with information about the company that offers a service of interest to the route user. These two paths are:
- Web directory: accessible from the top “Serveis turístics” menu of the page.
- Route map: by activating the section of the map where it says closures, points of interest and “serveis”.
If accessed via the top menu, you must click on the Serveis turístics tab, which leads to the service directory page, where the user will be able to choose the category of service they are looking for, which can be: Activities, Travel agencies, Accommodation, Local commerce, Rentals/transfers, Restoration, Tourist offices, Cultural facilities and Other services. Likewise, the user can filter by municipality and/or sort alphabetically.
If, on the other hand, the user is looking at the interactive map of the website, as you know, you can activate closures, points of interest, and now also tourist services. In this case, the user will be able to look at the points where there are companies and will be able to activate them all or according to the type of business they are looking for: Activities, Travel agencies, Accommodation, Local commerce, Rentals/transfers, Restoration, Tourist offices, Cultural facilities, and Other services. In the example, we have only activated accommodation. Of course, the number of establishments will grow as more companies get involved in the project.
Whether by one way or the other, once the user finds the business they are interested in, they will have access to the establishment’s file with contact details, website, and a short description of the services offered. We leave you an example below of a company file:
Over the next few months the directory will continue to grow, and if you are a business owner and are interested in having your business visible on the Tourdera website, you can contact us and you will only need to send us a form that we will send you, along with a photograph of the establishment.
