Let’s protect wildlife and livestock: keep your dog on a leash!
It is increasingly common to enjoy nature with our dogs, such as when doing a section of the Tourdera. However, we must be aware of the drawbacks that bringing them off-leash can entail. This risk is especially concerning in protected natural spaces or areas with livestock activity, where incidents with herds or wildlife can occur. For this reason, entities like the Montseny Natural Park have launched a campaign to raise awareness about this growing problem.

The time of year will arrive when the landscape changes and yellow, red, and earthy colors begin to dominate the deciduous forests. Sustainable mobility
Signage improvements in Fogars de Montclús
At the end of July, some improvement works on the directional signage for route tracking banners and clearing around milestones have been carried out in the municipality of Fogars de Montclús. Specifically, the most substantial change has been the installation of a new directional banner between Mosqueroles and Sant Esteve de Palautordera.

Montseny Springs Project
Do you know about the “Fonts del Montseny” project? It is an initiative that aims to study the springs of the Montseny which, since 2016, has managed to identify almost 900 springs in the Montseny massif, classify them, georeference them, and provide descriptive information and data on the chemistry of their waters.
