You may have already heard of the Montseny – Costa Brava (MCB), a non-competitive, charity-based resistance hike and cycle ride organized by AE Montseny, consisting of a descent, on foot or by bicycle, from the source of the Tordera (Coll de Sant Marçal) to the mouth.
