Nature walks, such as those that can be enjoyed along the sections of the Tourdera, provide us with many benefits for our health and well-being. To fully enjoy them, there is nothing better than doing so in silence, as this allows us to connect deeply with the natural environment. For this reason, we have prepared this article, with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of experiencing nature in silence and perceiving it in all its splendour. Ecovita, a sustainable fair at the foot of Montseny
The last weekend of March saw the 9th edition of Ecovita, an environmental fair aimed at highlighting sustainability, protecting our landscape and boosting the local economy through conscious proposals.
Tourdera monitoring committee in Fogars de Montclús
On 30 January, the annual Tourdera project monitoring and coordination committee was held in the municipality of Fogars de Montclús. This meeting brings together the 18 municipalities participating in the project to review the actions carried out during the year and discuss the main current and future issues affecting the route.
The Tordera route within the cross-border project Hydroscopia-REGEN
After a first event held on 11 December in the Plenary Hall of the Consell Comarcal de la Selva, on Wednesday 21 January the launch of the Hydroscopia Network was officially formalised in Canet-en-Roussillon. This is a cross-border working space from which the Hydroscopia – REGEN project has emerged and which will bring actions directly to the Tourdera.

Actions aimed at tourism businesses
Within the framework of the Sustainable Tourism Destination Plan being developed by the La Selva County Council, a series of actions aimed at tourism entrepreneurs and local entities will take place during the second semester of this year, 2025, to make the territory where the County Council develops its projects more sustainable and of higher quality. Among these projects, therefore, are the “Tordera and Arbúcies Stream Route (Tourdera)”.
The Va de Bici Group has organized a new activity for the Tourdera.
On February 2nd, a group of 19 cyclists guided by the “Va de bici” group gathered at Maçanet-Massanes station to begin a descent along the Tourdera Route. The Grup Vadebici is an entity that promotes “Slow-Biking”, which is the practice of cycling without rush and while enjoying the landscape.
